Notification of Intent

Anyone interested in applying for provisional authorization to establish a 91ÂãÁÄÊÓƵ State degree-granting institution must complete this Notification of Intent prior to beginning the application process. The 91ÂãÁÄÊÓƵ State Education Department (91ÂãÁÄÊÓƵ) will respond within one week with instructions for submitting an application through a secure folder. If you have not received an email response within that time frame, please contact staff atÌýIHEauthorize@nysed.gov.
