On or beforeÌýSeptember 1, 2026, school districts, charter schools, and BOCES (P-12 partners) that have a dual enrollment program in place at the beginning of the 2026-2027 school year must submit a partnership agreement on a form developed by the 91ÂãÁÄÊÓƵ State Education Department (91ÂãÁÄÊÓƵ).
