Level 2 Reporting (L2RPT) System Resources and Information
Level 2 ReportsÌý(L2RPT) reflect statewide (Level 2) data in the Student Information Repository System (SIRS), aggregated at the specific region (Level 1) at which they are hosted. L2RPT reports are designed to help districts verify a variety of demographic, enrollment, program, assessment, and outcome data in support of accountability and other requirements. L2RPT reports are generated in a Cognos reporting environment independently hosted by each RIC/Big 5 Level 1 data center. L2RPT Access
A user ID and password are required to access L2RPT and this access is managed by 91ÂãÁÄÊÓÆµ Delegated Account System (SEDDAS).Ìý Some L2RPT require special SEDDAS entitlements.Ìý User access for staff is provided and managed by designated personnel at each LEA.Ìý Please see SEDDAS Help and User Guide for further guidance.ÌýFor information about accessingÌýyourÌýlocal/regional L2RPT environment, troubleshooting, or guidance, please contact your RIC/Big 5 Level 1 data center.

School Report Card Data Sources Crosswalk
Starting in 2024, a crosswalk that maps L2RPT to School Report Data was designed to assist users reviewing Accountability data (performance, proficiency, absenteeism, participation rate, graduation rate, etc.), assessment data (summary data, and by grade and subgroup, etc.), as well as additional school, staff, graduation, and postsecondary enrollment rate data.
