- Question: Why does my administrator not see the application under My Applications in the 91ÂãÁÄÊÓÆµ Business Portal when I have entitled them?
Answer: If you have entitled your administrator to an application but when they log into the Business Portal they do not see the application under My Applications, it could be due to two reasons: ​
- Your CEO entitled the user as an administrator in SEDDAS that can grant others entitlements but did not actually grant them entitlements to the application itself. SEDDAS user accounts can be entitled in two distinct ways:
- Entitle Applications: They can be entitled (granted access) to portal applications, such asÌýSED Monitoring and Vendor Performance System (MVPS Surveys) or State Aid Management System (SAMS).
- Entitle Administrator: They can be entitled as administrators for the SEDDAS application itself.

- The application authenticates with the SEDDAS account, but the application is hosted elsewhere such as on a RIC or BOCES or other site in which case you would contact the host of that site for help.
